RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY – SnoopCharms

1. General Return Policy (90 Days)

At SnoopCharms, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, only in the cases permitted below.

2. Strict Conditions for Accepting a Return

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • It must be in perfect condition, with no marks, scratches, odors, or signs of use.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all boxes, protective materials, and accessories.

  • The product will only be accepted if it arrived defective or damaged from the factory.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

⚠️ Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, incorrect use, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Personalized or personal-use items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, you must place a new order once the original return has been approved.

7. European Union Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

This right applies independently of our 90-day commercial return policy.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
