Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing your package with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing time: 1–3 business days

During this time, each item is carefully checked, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Please note that processing time is different from shipping time.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

After your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, delivery typically takes:

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and external factors such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or peak seasons.


Total Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time: 5–11 business days


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

SnoopCharms is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or unforeseen events.
